Walnut Hill Health is a secure online tool developed by Walnut Hill Medical Center to provide our patients with better access to their healthcare information. Patients 18 years of age and older who are admitted to Walnut Hill Medical Center on or after October 1, 2015 will be able to register for a Walnut Hill Health account. During the registration process, you will be provided with a validation code. Your validation code must then be entered into the portal logon page in order to create a username and password to access your account.

By subscribing to Walnut Hill Medical Center’s patients will be able to view:

A Continuity of Care Document (CCDA) which provides a summary of your hospital visit that could include current medications, allergies and adverse reactions, recent immunizations, and certain laboratory/radiology results

 

Frequently Asked Questions for Hospital Patients

 

Who is eligible for an account?

 At this time, only patients who are admitted to any participating Walnut Hill Medical Center on or after October 1, 2015 are eligible for an account. As our patient portal continues to evolve, individuals who complete an outpatient procedure will be able to register for an account.

 

Can my child have an account?

 At this time, only patients 18 years of age and older will be able to register for an account.

 

Is my information secure?

Walnut Hill Health has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information under our control. These measures include encryption of data using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) system. A secure messaging service is used when personal information is sent electronically.

When will I be able to see my results?

Most results from testing will be posted within two business days after you are discharged from the hospital. However, some tests require more time to analyze and will not fall within the two business days category.

How can I register for an account?

To register, you must be admitted to the hospital on or after October, 1, 2015 and use your validation code, given at registration, to create a username and password for your account.

 

How do I log into the portal as a returning user?

Returning users should access the portal at the Walnut Hill Health Patient Portal page or by clicking on the link near the top of this page.
